What we monitor
We check whether the Xlliance.io wallet service is responding and whether each supported network (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron) is reachable for balance sync, sends, and swaps.
Blockchain networks are independent — congestion or outages on a chain can affect confirmation times even when Xlliance.io is operational.
Network connectivity
Each supported chain is probed through the same RPC and indexer endpoints the wallet uses in production.
What this page does not show
On-chain finality, mempool congestion, and third-party exchange routing are separate from wallet availability — check explorers if a transaction is pending longer than expected.
During an incident
If you experience errors, check this page first. Persistent issues can be reported through Support with the time, action attempted, and any error message shown.
We prioritize fixes that restore wallet access and protect user funds above all else.
- A red network row means that chain may be temporarily unavailable for sync or sends
- User funds on-chain remain on-chain during app outages
- Post-incident summaries are published when material impact occurs
